I was very pleased with the split letter sign itself. It is exactly what I expected. However, because of what I feel is inadequate packaging to protect the item and careless delivery service of the item, the sign was bent in three different places because it was not packaged well enough to protect it and I think the delivery person tossed the package against the concrete driveway causing the bent places on the sign and packaging as well. My husband thinks he can straighten it, but I am not happy with a damaged gift. Is there any compensation for a damaged product?
