We ship products anywhere within the United States using UPS or FedEx. When an order is placed, it will typically be delivered within 7 business days of order placement. In high demand times, your order may be delivered later than 7 business days, but don’t fret, our fantastic customer service team will let you know!

Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are FREE for all orders over $99!


Here at AJD Designs, Inc. we want you to love every piece you purchase from our collection. In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please send us an email at so we can promptly manufacture and ship a new piece! Please refer to our policy below for full disclosure and terms. 

Return Policy/Cancellations

Every piece of our collection is custom cut from a 5’x10’ piece of steel by our fiber lasers. Since all pieces are made from an order, we are not able to offer refunds or modifications to the order after 12 hours. Because of the nature of our business WE WILL NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR CHANGES AFTER THE 12 HOUR TIME WINDOW. If you are within the 12 hour time, please send us an email at!

We offer a money back guarantee for any items that are cancelled within 12 hours or any item that is not customized within 14 days of the order. All returns with customized and non-customized items must be shipped back to us at your cost before the refund or replacement is issued. Per federal law, we must refund your order back to the original payment source.

Shipping Address Modification

Please send us an email at if your shipping address changes from the time the order is placed. If an order has already shipped, we will not have the opportunity to change the address.


Many of the products in our collections are customized with the details you provide. Please note the customized product details sent to us will be customized to your product EXACTLY the way you send to us.
