Metal Balcony Panels
Our Metal Balcony Panels come in 3 different thicknesses of metal and in three in three different styles. We offer Light (14 gauge), Medium (10 gauge), and Heavy (7 gauge) Steel depending on what the panel is being used for.
- The light panels should only be used if the panel will be in a low traffic area and won't be handled often. They can become bent if enough pressure is applied.
- Medium Panels are sturdy enough for most jobs up to about 72" and become much sturdier if they are produced using either our Bordered or Easy Fit styles
- The Heavy panels are strong enough to handle any railing job and can withstand even the most brutal weather elements and touching by interested friends and family
Standard Balcony Panels
- Our Standard Log Home Balcony/ Staircase Panels are flat panels with a design cut out of it.
- The panel you will receive will be just as pictured.
- cut from pickled and oiled steel plate.
- They are powder coated in a low gloss mini textured exterior black finish.
Bordered Balcony Panels
- Our Bordered Metal Balcony Panels are our Standard Panels with a 3/16 X 2 inch flat metal strip welded perpendicular to the panel around the outside with screw holes placed along it's length and end plates for easy mounting.
- If you order a 30 X 60 bordered panel the overall height will be 30 inches the overall length will be 60 inches.
Easy Fit Panels
- Our Easy Fit Railings arrive complete and ready to install between your posts.
- We use 1 x 2 inch rectangular steel tubing as your toe rail
- A 1 x 2 inch rectangular steel tubing as your top rail
- And 2 inch wide end plates with screw holes that mount directly to your post
- The total height when mounted 4 inches off the floor is 36 inches tall.
- The Easy Fit Railings can be custom ordered almost any height or length.
